Historic pastry that has lost quality, seriousness and professionalism. I order a dessert from the catalog for a golden wedding, aware of having chosen the most expensive place but also the most professional. I remain with the saleswoman who should have called me for anything, I do not hear anything so with all tranquility I go in the evening at 19 to collect the dessert. AHIME 'was completely different from the one chosen, the gold sugared almonds were not there but white sugared almonds were used then sprayed with ocher yellow. Not only!!! at the time of collection they were almost all discolored and loose, on the base there was a water that had wet all the sponge cake due to the dyes used even in an inappropriate way. The requested decorations were completely non-existent and the three very small ones that were also hand-colored and then all liquefied. It was supposed to be the cake for a golden wedding anniversary and looked like a homemade tartlet made by even an inexperienced person. They lowered the price by apologizing and agreeing with me but this did not cover the damage done, especially since at that time in the evening I could not have gone anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN' . Nothing to say about the value for money, a history of pastry that boasts years of experience. Today, however, I go to get lunch and a person without a mask enters, the saleswoman points it out to him but the customer is served anyway. I emphasize this to the saleswoman and she replies: "I'm sorry but what should I do I can't start arguing with everyone!" You cannot argue in fact you should only accompany the client out of the business, otherwise it should be reported next time. I will probably never go back to buying this year, at least until the end of the state of emergency.

Historic pastry shop in Perugia that has kept the quality and goodness of the products intact over time. Courteous and kind staff. Excellent management of attendance and distances in this difficult phase.
