Fantastic bread. We came across this bakery by chance and the bread is wholesome and Devine! You can ask for half a loa, though we struggled to finish it because it was properly dense!

Great black bread ， Rich rye aroma ， The salt and sugar in all sweets are well controlled Apple pie and brownie are very special, different from all stores ， I visit his shop almost every day and find things new every day, thanks! I wish them a happy life ~

Oven in operation for over 500 years, which works with ancient grain flours and sourdough. Very experienced baker, I have never seen something bad. Excellent assortment of breads (spelled, rye, etc) and sweet and savory. Highly recommended.
