Bad assistance, unfriendly and unprepared staff. We arrive three times at the registry assisted in order to request the pediatrician for a newborn baby in all three cases an employee at 4:45 pm puts a false sign in the machine that delivers the elimination codes that indicates the non-functioning of the apparatus. In reality the machinery works properly. The second time at 17.20 (closing at 17.30) the employees notify us with the full room that the booking software does not work. The third time we finally manage to arrive at the counter where we are served by a subnormal who is unable to provide us with the necessary and correct tax information that we need ....
