Unfortunately I had a bad experience. My older Macbook Pro being repaired was irreversibly damaged by a water leak from the apartment above. So far, no problem can happen. However, I found myself bound to use the refund money around 400 euros, not where I wanted but necessarily by buying a new computer from them. This constraint was imposed on me, I don't even know if it's legal. I bought an Asus and unfortunately only after a few months I discovered that it was imported. I should have known right away when they told me to extend the Asus UK warranty. The insurance paid off and also good judging by the new shop. Good luck.
to replace a screen on a rog laptop they asked me for 390 € in advance, the repair would take place after Christmas; they advised me not to send it to Rome because I would have paid double; .......... shipped to Rome, I paid € 312 cash on delivery and the pc was repaired and sent back in 15 days.
