Unreliable! I ordered a washing machine and after a month it still hasn't arrived! Already paid for a month, NO trace of the washing machine! You call the call center and they close the phone in your face. Ask for a refund and they can't give it to you until the goods come back (which even they don't know where it is). I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!
I strongly advise against buying online from ePrice, after a month of phone calls and reminders I have not yet received the products I ordered and paid for. If you call customer service, be prepared for a good half hour of waiting, if they answer you.

The worst shopping site! Ordered a PC I cancel the order without any warning. No mail. I have to call and wait several minutes for explanations. I am still waiting for a refund. I hope!
Very bad experience, and to say that I was a customer and I had already purchased various appliances. As eprice omits the number of the recipient's tel, the courier, in this case GLS, binds the goods in stock. Only eprice can release it. Result, I'm fighting to get the fridge I've already paid for and I need it. Never again.
