I wanted to write a positive review because the tobacconist seems like a nice person, but I had a bad experience with him. I went to collect € 880 sent by my mother, so she can help me keep myself during this difficult period of the pandemic. But Mr. refuses to give me the money saying that my ID is not valid. I said he said that article 18, law decree of 17 March 2020 extends the validity of residence permits until 31 August 2020, therefore it is valid and can search the internet or call the police headquarters to be sure before doing the operation. But he doesn't believe me anyway .... And he makes calls while I wait but he finally tells me the same negative answer. So I had to call Italian friends for help and go to the police to get another document confirming that my residence permit is still valid ... but luckily I went back to him one last time and luckily he gave me the money apologizing and saying that he finally found the right information. In addition, I find it unfair to ask for a valid residence permit to collect your money. Because normally I am a customer and there is an amount of 50 euros paid to transfer this money .. then just present an identification document (even expired) the important thing is a document that shows that you are the person who should receive this money + the receipt of the transaction with the transfer code. Surely I will no longer use the RIA service and I will no longer go to this tobacconist.
