The food is better than the service, so if you go make sure the young, tall and pretty girl is your waitress. All the others are rude and completely hopeless at their “job”. The kitchen turns out good food. The pizzas taste great and the pasta dishes are tasty and plentiful. I saw some great looking dishes come out of the kitchen and it’s seems popular with the locals. It’s a great shame that no matter how hard the kitchen staff work, the poor (terrible if you get the young guy with the strange hair cut) service will be the thing you’ll remember.

Located in the small town of Loiri, a few kilometers from Olbia, the restaurant is also located in a good position, but as an organization, it reminds us of the nightmare kitchen program. The program of chef Cannavacciuolo. Disorganization reigns supreme. Almost two hours of waiting to eat a horrible pizza are too many. In the end for the bill to fight for the receipt it is unthinkable the place should be closed and the owner send it to hoe the land with respect for the farmers. To absolutely avoid.

Given the weekly closure of our trusted pizza maker in Loiri, I contact them by phone. I mean that there is to wait (precisely a Monday). Arrival with 10 m. early and the place was deserted (hours shortly after 21:00). Strangely, the pizza had just been baked. I come home hungry with my three daisies. Hungry I begin to enjoy them and then find myself eating something chewy. Bad leavened? Quality of the flour and water? No. Who knows, for sure I'm not going back! Good digestion everyone !!!

What can I say ... perhaps it is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Thin dough at the right point, crumbly dough at the first bite, and fresh ingredients to make even those who don't have them lick their lips. Simply gorgeous. 5 stars well deserved.

The pizza is great in itself but the staff are not friendly. We wanted to get a pizza and 5 employees looked at us but then kept walking past us ... then we went and called 2 times, they even don't understand English. Then they just hung up. Very bad!!!
