Everything is gluten-free (no risk of contamination at all) therefore a real salvation for celiacs ... but, above all, I who can eat with gluten still find the desserts exceptional and of extraordinary quality. GOOD!

A little blast from the past for someone like me who has to eat gluten-free desserts .. good, well-kept pastas, with a vintage touch .. very good delight, I have almost tried them all .. maybe a little less in my taste with hazelnut and pistachio 100% butter cream .. but the rest super .. it had been years since I came out of the pastry shop with a tray and ribbon .. good! If I can come back for breakfast or some biscuits!
