I don't remember if I have already reviewed this library, in any case I think I have already expressed an unfavorable opinion. The reasons are many. I can start with the type of poorly lit rooms and the not at all welcoming furnishings. I can then continue by going into the merits of the organization which leaves enough to be desired especially in this period. Among other things, the staff, obviously saving some elements, is not prepared, is not able to give simple answers on the elementary rules that govern the loan of books. The library supply, however very poorly reduced, is quite scarce considering that we are talking about the Berio civic library, that is, the largest and most central. There are few novelties among other things accessible (apart from the Covid period) at random without the possibility of online booking (thanks to a new regulation which, instead of improving the organization of the loan, made it worse). Conclusion: a disappointing service.
