The cured meats used to make these microscopic tigelle are of poor quality. Mortadella cannot be called ham even less. I wonder why open a street food shop with such poor product quality. The raw material is fundamental to pay 1.80 for a similar tigella is truly a scandal.

Excellent new entry in the historic center. The tigelle are excellent and for all tastes as well as being gluten free. Really super low costs for a delicious and different lunch (3 tigelle only 5 €). Very friendly and nice the exhibitors who tell me that TiGè is a non-profit project of the Social Enterprise 'I filari di Nabot', I am attaching photos for those interested in reading what it does.Take away but you can also stop and eat them on the spot. delle Tigelle (famous break of the Modenese Apennines) native with pesto and prescinseua for example. Good Appetito, super recommended

local in a great location in the city center, with quality products and really good gluten-free tigelle (especially because it is very difficult to find places that cook food for celiacs) also friendly and polite staff!
