I phoned to find out if they had a particular type of masks (with the elastic behind the head instead of the ears) and they said yes. I tried to ask twice to confirm and they said yes and "if you want to come and see what time we are busy" and they closed the phone on my face. Realizing that pharmacists are particularly busy in this period (but not the rudeness) I decided to go personally, half an hour in an overcrowded bus, risking contagion as well (in the pharmacies in my area they did not have that type of masks) and then .. Surprise .. They only had the classic masks with the elastic behind the ears. I tried to protest and they even hinted that I am the doting one and maybe I got confused with the Imperial pharmacy that is nearby. No dear ones, I know the Imperial pharmacy very well, and they are much more serious and polite than you! Basically I had to accept that I took an overcrowded bus for nothing and that I was even mocked once there and then came back empty-handed.

The star I put is only for the girls who work there, always kind and helpful to me, while the owner on several occasions has been unhelpful and rude and not only to me. If it were up to him the pharmacy could close in a short time! In fact I was a regular customer and now I'm going elsewhere, so there are 2 pharmacies very close to this one and it doesn't even cost me so much effort!

attention deadline! They had sold a cream expires in 7 days. My daughter had redness strong irritation. you can not do anything because they can sell until the last day of expiration. They were felt to less and work as pharmacists. they're just selling you like a saleswoman. it takes a bit of professionalism !!
