It would be an excellent pharmacy if they also answered the phone

It would be advisable, in my opinion, that the pharmacy, where it is not possible to answer telephone requests in order to obtain information on pharmaceutical products, OTC, health advice et cetera, would make available to its users an email address and, possibly, a number faxes, which can now be activated free of charge and, with the use of new computer security technologies, free from spam, viruses or junk mail of any kind. All in all it would be an extra service, which could, if well used, make the difference.
