I had reserved items for a patient by paying in advance. When I go to collect them they tell me that they have never been booked, they invent after a while that they have given them to me, they even say to do me a favor in searching for the reservation. They tell me to call in the following days, same story, very rude on the phone. Incompetent, unprofessional, UNEDUCATED. Much better than the other pharmacies around. Reply to pharmacy comment: The coupon (I still remember it very well) unfortunately you took it out of my hands when I came to you for the first time and it was number 24. I still remember all the fact because you treated me very badly the second time I came. ..that really what was it? 3 € of product? rather than making me scream on the phone and being treated as a sly / thief, I preferred to reimburse my patient out of my own pocket. I turn to all my fellow Nurses, do not count on this pharmacy that has nothing in stock and the products you book (as I did) do not pay them in advance otherwise they tell you that you have already taken them (as paid for). ALSO when I had previously asked for a STERILE catheter collection bag, they gave me an open bag piled up with others, THEY DON'T KNOW THE CONCEPT OF STERILITY, something that any healthcare professional should be able to recognize, and to my question (rhetoric): but is this sterile? 🤦🏻‍♀️ The pharmacist: of course she is sterile! Not professional. Stock up in the other pharmacies on Via XX. Much more valid and with serious professionals. Ps. I have worked as a home nurse for a long time and have never had a problem with any pharmacy except this one.

Large staff and excellent service. I have been several times, they always have everything even masks and disinfectants. Honest and always the same prices ... good!

Qualified and kind staff. I found out that they do a lot of blood tests and intolerances.

I will always ask strange things to pharmacies, but usually I never find the first one what I'm looking for. Yes, although they seem small, they have everything and do everything.
