60 minutes in the waiting room after booking an appointment online, attended by a very rude lady who made no effort to help answer our questions. You have to be lucky to find someone helpful when they are paid by the government not to care. This office is a showroom of inefficiency and a wast to tax payers money. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I have been on the phone for 3 days and they never answer the phone I need to postpone the appointment on Friday for fingerprints, I am on sick leave, and we cannot come with my daughters, it is impossible to communicate !!
