Ritengo Simone un grande professionista, molto competente e preparato in tutto ciò che riguarda sport, salute, nutrizione e alimentazione a 360°. Tutto ciò,abbinato alla passione e dedizione che mette in ciò che fa e alla sua ammirevole umiltà, fanno sì che gli insegnamenti che trasmette, seppur complicati e ostici, arrivino agli utenti anche meno esperti in maniera del tutto chiara e precisa. Anche i suoi libri risultano "illuminanti" , un vademecum da leggere e rileggere giorno dopo giorno. I miglioramenti sia a livello fisico ma aggiungerei anche mentale per chi segue i suoi consigli sono veramente tangibili. Complimenti per quello che fai Simone. Se tutti imparassero a seguire questo stile di vita credo che ci sarebbero molte meno persone "infelici e malate ". Grazie

Simone, is really prepared and always up to date. By running the personalized program the results are assured. The program is 360 degrees, very complete. The physical program, I who started really badly, does not give me problems, because it is gradual and suited to my abilities; and as for nutrition, after the first few days of obvious difficulties, I am happy to eat well and have never gone hungry. Ho cominciato il percorso con Simone a luglio 2020.. in un periodo della mia vita dove ero assolutamente demotivato , spento , spossato ... inutile elogiare Simone per avermi fatto perdere 24 chili .. ma voglio ringraziarlo di cuore per avermi fatto credere nuovamente in me stesso ..oltre che un abile professionista sa essere presente con discrezione .
