Rude staff, good enough service, long waits. Now with the covid-19 it is no longer possible to walk the end of the station to get there, you have to go from behind. Very uncomfortable and it is a pity that there is a ticket office every 400,000km (you have to travel half the city just to get to the first AMT ticket office)

I've been to this ticket office twice. The staff has always behaved very rudely and I have always found mileage files. I also hope they supply coins for the rest, since they didn't have 40 cents of rest from 3.50 that I gave on 3.10 euros due. Avoid and rather go to the automatic point.

Rude staff and little room for waiting. Location still better than the previous one in piazza Dante.
