Vacation in Marsa Alam from 23 to 30 March 2019. Emerald Lagoon Village Veratur. We thank Alessandro for his kindness and helpfulness, which gave us the right advice for the vacation suitable for two kitesurferisti and two children aged 7 and 16. Negative experience! Bad reception, lack of response to travel requests, inappropriate behavior. Mr. Proprietor I don't know her but I see her formidable readiness and ease in publicly spreading easy judgments and criticisms against a lady she doesn't even know. This as an owner and manager of an agency serving the public does not do her any honor. The negative attitudes and in particular the words used, always have a weight and carry with them conditionings and consequences that we often do not imagine, and it is precisely with words that we can reverse a situation. I remind you that the customer does not choose and must be able to demonstrate polite behavior with the public, without falling miserably on the staff, given that we are talking about an indispensable characteristic of his profession. It is she who has not been able to accept the undersigned and has misunderstood personal attitudes, even allowing herself to judge her in a few minutes. Personally I have never had similar problems in a travel agency that should be welcoming to the public and not ad personam. I have frequented several, but I have never encountered reprehensible reactions, lacking in self-control like his. I'm amazed! I honestly would be embarrassed by your behavior if you were the owner of the agency. His behavior will have for me the primacy of owner of a travel agency that can be counted from the Guinness of records, resulting in a first place of pure rudeness concentrate !! Like a true gentleman ... In addition to taking care of public relations, you should offer services to customers. Given her demeanor, I suggest that she take away the role of owner of an agency that for what happened yesterday has been able to manage in that way so inappropriate as to be almost unbelievable! Education when it exists, (so in contrast with the attitude you have taken), it is necessary to manifest it, especially towards the users that you consider uncomfortable. I see that the thing is mutual, because with his answer he allowed me to be able to express what I had no way of communicating before, since he was so eager to close and send me out the door, probably because my request for her was not very fruitful. Fortunately, once I got out of his adv, I went to the nearby Fersina Travel Agency and I had the difference, meeting professionalism, quality, hospitality, response and immediate courtesy. A healthy tip: when addressing a user / client, remove the role of "owner of the agency" and seek an interview ... not a monologue and a disrespectful attitude. Unfortunately the humility of questioning is a particularly difficult gift for those who live in a constant attitude of arrogance and superiority, reflecting it on others. P. S. I would then add that her colleagues from the Prague agency, mentioned in her reply, were not at all disrespectful like her. Knowing their professionalism, they would never have fallen to this personalistic level. I am surprised once again, because in fact she was able to show only this last aspect. He then speaks of empathy, or the ability to put himself in an immediate state of mind or in another person's situation ... but what are we talking about? Are you the client? Isn't it someone who offers a service like the travel agent who should try to be empathetic towards the customer? What a bad experience to have actually entered your agency!

Look for Alessandro. He is the real travel agent. He does not sell trips ... He realizes the dreams of us travelers ... His ways are always kind and never intrusive.
