Excellent professionalism, courtesy and availability, both in the store, both in group trips organized directly. In which I participated in group travel, with the presence of Brunella, the owner, I personally found the accuracy of management, even in details, the concern for the personal needs of the participants and determination in facing and solving contingencies inevitable.

First time, I go inside to look for information and politely the girl who was present in the free desk slings down to serve another customer who had come in after me, without even speaking to me. Entertainment of 10 minutes of personal chat with the customer, to which I went out without anyone noticing. I definitely will turn elsewhere. I am not one of those who ask for servility, it would give me further discomfort, but not even pass for fool ...
