We booked in this studio not knowing the structure, but because of a specialist doctor who works there. There is nothing to complain about the doctor's competence but the reception of patients by the receptionists who pose as divas is absolutely bad: arrogant, rude, know-it-all and not even able to manage the appointment agenda. Out of 5 appointments, they phoned us 3 times half an hour before the first visit to postpone them by hours and finally cancel them after the second postponement. It can be understood that an appointment is postponed due to the absence of the doctor, but on the third cancellation on the same day, that my disappointment is laughed at by the secretaries is absolutely not appropriate nor tolerable, especially since it is a doctor's office.
