Really thieves. I had booked a trip and I had taken their insurance I had to have an emergency operation 3 weeks before departure and they never wanted to reimburse us even though I sent everything from the hospital by mentioning that I was not allowed to travel, ... they walked me around for 6 months and in the end tell me we are closing your file. Without explanation without anything! result we lost 1500 euros. I am disgusted !. We are in the process of putting them in court!
