Bad, they gave me a bike without the shift lever and the derailleur set to the most agile third gear. When I asked to change it, they replied that it is now fashionable not to have the gear lever and the bike, even after asking for it, has not been changed.

I had the sprockets of the bike replaced hours to make it more suitable for the mountains. Work done properly at a reasonable price. Friendliness and availability. They have kept the bike for almost a year with no problems.
