Disarming rudeness and arrogance.
I showed up to ask for ADVICE (no refunds or replacements) for a plant that had been given to me 8 days before and was already in poor condition and I was verbally attacked. A shameful attitude.
A star. Less does not make me review.
I kindly asked to be able to pay with the ATM ... the lady replied that it is not mandatory.
If you are looking for rudeness towards the customer ... you are in the right florist.
I do not recommend it.
To be 6.00 pm on a Thursday, a decent choice of flowers
Very bad. Very bad.
The opening time is at 3 pm and I was already there a few minutes before (2.55 pm) and on the doors there was already the note with the words "RETURN" and so I waited .. at 3.30 pm it had not yet arrived nobody. And so I had to present myself on the first date late and without the roses. THANK YOU.
