Time ago I bought a spolert and despite my repeated complaints about the malfunction caused by the leakage of fumes the problem was not solved. Following an inspection by a technician, he stated that the "smoke outlet" pipe had to have a larger diameter, even though the stove was designed for this type of smoke outlet. The technicians of this company have omitted to install the primary air draft and within this product has been inserted a diaphragm without any validity and the result is nefarious for obvious reasons. I have again exposed my legitimate complaints and I am waiting for an answer. In case you do not receive an answer, at my expense, I will deposit the artifact in front of the store and it will be my duty to call attention through the appropriate channels. Unfortunately, I can not take legal action, as the guarantee ceased to exist for the time elapsed.
