I had a problem with a shower enclosure bought from them, now out of warranty. They took care of the problem with competence and kindness. In my opinion, the quality and seriousness of a company is evaluated by this. highly recommended.

it happened years ago. 1- I found sanitary fittings different from the ones I had chosen. 2- from the first day tilting bidet, obviously badly fixed. 3- from the second week toilet tablet out of order. 4- It has never been possible to close the sink without draining the aacua 5- they said it was impossible to mount towel warmers in my bathroom, now I have it. 6- one of their plumbers came x a repair broke a tile and said "he didn't do it on purpose" and we would miss him .. many years earlier in Grado they had positioned the tiles well
