My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and had quite a bit of washing to be done. The woman spoke limited english but we were able to understand each other. We dropped off our laundry at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and were able to pick it up at 12:30! Price is based on load size. We would recommend this service.
