we traveled in august 2018 wonderful west program and it was a beautiful tour, nice hotels in the majority, comfortable coach, special driver and guide, same tour as other operators but versis was more convenient, purchase of the package and voucher arrived by mail , the whole reservation without problems and with very professional interlocutors. This year we will book them again for another trip to America, we want to be on the safe side. I recommend it to other travelers.
We have chosen with my partner Versis America for the trip to New York, Niagara and Toronto. The support had been excellent. Unfortunately, although the tour was nice, it was badly managed. We had a mediocre guide, not very prepared, the driver has several times wrong roads despite having the navigator on board, and the movements from one place to another were very long as for example Niagara Falls Washington, 750 Km. I would recommend to add at least the dinners because after these exhausting journeys having to look where to dine isn't really the best.
