I am a student and unfortunately and I say UNFORTUNATELY, I will have to use this bad service for another year. The staff answering the phone is an antipathy, discourtesy, rudeness, arrogance and ignorance never felt before. I was lucky enough to speak with one of them who, by the way, preferred not to show up despite asking several times. Drivers who I think have not understood well what role they play, but yes they allow you to decide who to pick up and who not to and are even supported by incompetent and peasants as the subject with whom I had the opportunity to speak on the phone. AWFUL!

There is nothing better than parking the car when on vacation and using the public service. Too bad the inconvenience is enormous, since on the Senigallia seafront I am never on time or even pass. Out of 4 runs between 11.00 pm and 24.30 am, only the one on line 2 of 11.45 pm passed Whole families with small children left on the ground, packed buses ... I hope someone reads the reviews and takes action, maybe next year we will have a more efficient service .....

Being a student, childbirth by the fact that the buses with the spring does not have the correct function of the stop requests, always crowded buses and impossible to transit to go up or down, times are never respected starting from the afternoon from 5 to 10 minutes delay. nice and polite drivers.

If I could I would have put 0 stars. I am pregnant almost in the ninth month. I make a run to reach the buses with my two small-medium sized dogs in the Marzocca area (on the site it is shown that it is possible to bring small dogs on board, as long as they are kept in the arms, with a muzzle and that they do not dirty), the driver closing himself the front doors tells me "you not", I thank him and he still countered by making fun of me. The problem is not not being able to get on with the dogs, the problem is the extreme cafonaggine in the tones and in the ways. Shameful.

There are no words to describe the staff in the office of an unheard of rudeness. Shame on you
