I bought some candy, which wasnt even 2 euros, it accidentally fell outta my bag, on my way home, i noticed it wasn't it my bag, so i called them to ask about it. They saw the candy on their floor... so i said ,ok well i will return to get it ( not even 15 min had passed) when i returned they asked me for my reciept.. which i didnt have, either because they didnt put it in the bag or are just being shady for tax purposes. Long story short, they wouldnt give me the lousy candy i had bought not even 15 min prior. Keep in mind there was only one cashier!!!! Too Ridiculous for words. And another thing i want mention is in Sicily ypu arent allowed to pick or touch your own produce. Fruits or veggies!!!!

Is the customer always right? not here ... despite being a customer for years and I've always enjoyed it. I'll briefly tell you about my experience today: I take my shopping cart, fill it with what I need and seeing that there was a certain queue to pay, I put it in the queue, while I go to the fruit department to get the watermelon quickly. A salesman, seeing this cart there asks if it belonged to someone or if it had been "abandoned" and trusting the answer of ONLY ONE lady reports my shopping in the various departments. I asked for an explanation from the person concerned but I am told that he did nothing wrong and after saying these words he turns his back on me and goes away !!!!! I had to do the shopping again (and I didn't leave just because this is the only supermarket provided) forgetting many of the things I had previously taken. Is the customer always right? Maybe in many places but definitely not here ... Last time I enter this supermarket !!!!!
