I state that in this shop we have purchased the entire supply for our new internal and external residence. We went to their shop months ago before the current colored areas of this pandemic. We were greeted by the staff who asked us what we needed and their architect joined us and advised us the best type of lighting based on our tastes we might like it. We must also underline that the prices are more than fair and we also have to thank the home delivery included in the price as we have bought a lot of lighting. Overall we highly recommend it.

Shop with a huge assortment, staff who welcome you with kindness, but the prices are really too high compared to the market! I understand the costs that a shop like this must have and the period we are experiencing, but paying a Philips product 130 euros when on the Philips website the same is recommended at a price of 45 euros, it seems exaggerated to me. I'm sorry, because given the assortment I would have gone back to buying, but alas I don't think I'll ever return. I add that mine wanted to be a simple objective observation, a feedback as a consumer, as by checking the technical specifications of the "KOSIPO bar / tube black 2xNW 230V" product on the Philips website, I discovered that this has a recommended price of € 44.90 , a price that goes well beyond the € 130 paid in the shop. I do not have any kind of criticism about the service received and the product itself, quite the contrary So much so that I decided to replace other spotlights with the same product.

I purchased an LED ceiling light from Naldi lighting. After a few hours of correct operation, the ceiling light, when turned off, emitted continuous, unbearable glows. I took it apart and they replaced it, reluctantly, with an identical one. I also installed this one: it had the same defect! To avoid insanity and put a stop to the costs of assembly and disassembly, I accepted the change with a traditional lamp ceiling light, cost half, they did not refund me anything because they made me pay more than double the amount charged elsewhere for the missing lamps ( € 13 against 3). I add: I bought this new ceiling light to replace another one, also supplied by Naldi, in which the internal glass support hooks had given way (they were made of fragile aluminum instead of steel). The glass, several kg, could fall on my head. Observations resulting from my experience with Naldi: - low quality material e dangerous. - high prices. - unprepared, arrogant, annoyed staff. - unpleasant environment, seems to be inappropriate. - haughty master. The adventure cost me two days and six trips, as well as the cost of labor. The costossime lamps make very little light (From cemetery). I had to change them. What a bad buy!
