Excellent boiled
Very friendly and precise staff. With them and seven months we were able to organize a perfect last minute holiday, perfectly fitting all the constraints of the pre-Christmas period. Contrary to other reviews, when we initially couldn't find the perfect time, we weren't charged for research. But it could be because we were new customers. Half an hour after we sadly left without a solution, I was called: they had managed to unlock two places in the right time for us!
Definitely recommended!

For several years now, my family and I have been relying on Jenny's World to organize our travels and holidays, always finding competence, friendliness, professionalism and kindness.

When we return from the holiday, they inquire about our stay, if there have been problems or if we have been well, and to date we have spent beautiful holidays through this agency.
This year then, we even left on vacation with Jenny and her beautiful family, having fun together, despite for plane reasons, we took off for our destination at half past one at night instead of the scheduled 18.30.
Jenny, on return, forwarded a refund request for us to both the airline and the tour operator, GETTING THEM!

It is almost impossible not to book a holiday or a trip from her, you know you are, wherever you go, 100/100 protected.
