Last Sunday, July 26, I was at Cerreto in the company of my husband, my brother and my friends when it was necessary to call the ambulance p since already in the morning I had severe pain in a leg that was getting worse and worse and moreover I could not do any way to move it. A big thank you is due both to the ambulance operators, who have shown great humanity and professionalism and then to the doctors and nurses of the S 'Anna Hospital who were caring, very professional. Premise, we are in a difficult period thanks to the pandemic but I believe that we should not lose sight of the great humanity that we Emilians have towards our neighbor. By neighbor I mean both patients who go to the emergency room but also staff who work in extreme conditions. First aid infinite waiting times, after 5 hours of waiting and not even visited I decided to leave saying if I am about to die I call 118. Waiting room in a garage where patients do not have a toilet, no drink and no air conditioning. Relatives have to wait in the street or in the courtyard where ambulances pass and in any case in the open air under the sun or rain. Staff halved because said by them moved to Reggio. I believe that a word SHAME is enough for those who manage all this. SHAME WHOEVER YOU ARE.

Excellent organized and safe hospital. Doctors and staff very helpful and courteous. Anticovid measures respected without exaggerating as in other structures. Main car park a bit skimpy.
