Place of peace typical of a mountain church. Place of great meditation .. I recommend it on Palm Sunday where the church remains open all day with open doors where you can hear religious music even as you pass if you then enter the back of the church you will find the blessed olive tree that you can take from you ... You feel them right next to God.

Beautiful church. The Apennines are all to be discovered.

The parish church of S. Anna Pelago rises in the middle of the homonymous fractional center on the foundations of the previous church which was completely destroyed by the ruinous landslide which in December 1896 overwhelmed almost the entire country. The church has a neoclassical architectural appearance with the traditional tripartite façade, whose median part, corresponding to the central nave, is raised on overhanging pilasters and completed by a molded tympanum; the external facing is fully executed in cutting stone of excellent workmanship. The interior space is divided into five spans with a vaulted roof, illuminated laterally by three lunette windows that repeat the identical shape of the façade window. Among the furnishings of the old church are the confessionals and the beautiful choir of the cabinetmakers Innocenzo and Michele Angelo Corsini da Canevare; in the apse there is a seventeenth-century polychrome wooden altarpiece containing a twentieth century plastic papier-mâché group representing St. Anne and the Virgin Child. In a corner of the large square in front of the church there is an artistic stone fountain in the shape of an obelisk, inspired by the fountain in Piazza di Pievepelago.
