Entered today to buy 4 bottles of Piedmontese red wines to send to friends for Christmas. I was tempted by the review score .... wrong! I was treated very badly by a guy who worked there ... who probably by his arrogant and rude way must surely have been the owner or a partner (impossible for an employee to be able to afford to treat a customer so rudely). And all this rudeness .... because I touched and took the 4 bottles of wine I had to buy ..... I felt attacked by this hysterical character who rudely kept repeating to me that I should not touch the bottles for health reasons of Covid ... and in the meantime he was talking animatedly lowering the mask to his chin. Bad experience, I strongly advise against the place, not for the products or the location (however too small) but for the character who works there .... who deserves to remain closed !! Following your kind reply today (I don't know what her name is unlike her), only three clarifications: first of all maybe she confuses me with someone else, the self-services will attend them, second thing, when last night I was inside her "boutique", the bottles that I touched and took I was buying for her and finally I confirm that you are really a rude and presumptuous person who, in spite of the health procedures to which you appeal to justify your behavior, spoke to me last night animatedly and arrogantly .... lowering the mask uncontrollably up to the chin.
