We have just returned from the island of Elba, guests of the GOLFO 6 apartment in Marina di Campo. Exceptional reception, at 10.30 in the morning, the house was delivered well in advance. All clean and sanitized, with new furniture. We had a really good time, and also the quick check-out. I recommend this agency for professionalism even in Covid times with all the related problems. Thank you

I rented an apartment in Fetovaia for a week and was disappointed to say the least. A good 50 € was requested for the cleaning of a two-room apartment (very small) which we soon found to be quite disgusting: a finger of dirt on the various shelves and dirt on the floor. In addition, the indoor shower was clogged with hair and sand that I had to remove myself personally (it was late in the evening and therefore I could not call the heads of the house). But the most disgusting thing was our unpleasant meeting with a mouse inside the house right next to our open suitcases. I write my review here because the apartment in question is no longer available on the agency's website.

Unwelcome experience to say the least, I arrived at their office on the island, I state that they knew perfectly well that I am encouraged for 6 months with two small children and my dad who is not very well! ! but then it was enough to get to the villa to understand the rip-off, paid 2000 euros to find a home! Over all nn not well described at all! I paid extra to get some comforts including being close to the sea! in the description it speaks of a first floor instead I found myself an uncomfortable house on the third floor with a thousand stairs to do and a path nn described I assure you that if you go down once to go to the sea to the second you think twice about redoing all that road that more than anything else I srmbra to climb a mountain! I called to report this and instead of understanding the situation since the mistake was made they also told me very insistently that the description is correct! And practically not to find excuses when I had already paid 15 days before !!!! They didn't try to meet me even a little! Today I find myself here and I can only enjoy the view because for the rest I can do nothing else! So no sea !!!! Thanks for the experience
