In the houses we have taken we have not found the necessary and sufficient material for the rent. The staff is slow and the hours are indecent and poorly respected. There is no adequate customer advisory service: no one answers the numbers to call and the answering machine is full. Pay attention because the check-out from the house is at 9, but the agency does not open before 10.00, according to the sign on the door, but even in this case this is delayed. Found on Immobiliare.it absolutely not recommended to rent houses here. I wish you to find better!

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED: the staff opens late from as reported on the door. They don't answer calls. The proposed houses are DIRTY and NOT UNDER STANDARD, but above all BADLY PROVIDED with the necessary equipment. The deposit is not paid according to the rules established by law.

Super recommended, if you want to find the right location for your holidays on the island of Elba I strongly recommend it, wonderful apartment found by calling at the last moment for the week after mid-August, very clean, super friendly and professional staff and not least very honest not only in terms of rates as we left a jewelry box full of jewels and they contacted us for the return. 5 stars because more is not possible, surely we will resurface to you !!!
