Bad customer service and poor professionalism. I approached them for a replacement part of a refrigerator. He found it for me, but since it is not the same as the original, I asked for explanations on how it was possible to connect it given the difference. Obviously, not knowing absolutely the work to be done even HIM, he took the piece back by telling me that if I am not able to do the repairs, to go fishing ..... ???? Cafone!
