I had to come here two days in a row. Staff is unhelpful and uninformative. I recommend to be there till 9 am to get your ticket.

So slow, not flexible, you cant do anything by Internet. You have to loose a whole morning of your job. I hope some day it gets better.

.... I tried to call several times only recorded voice and asks you to stay on the line and after a second the line drops .... when they always put the same music on hold, you are the 15th user in the queue ... but the real problem is that you always remain the 15th .. despite the 12 minutes pass in a tel 23min a second tel and so on for the whole morning ..... To the one who manages (who certainly receives a good salary) it would be appropriate in this period of emergency covid in which people need answers to put someone to answer to sort tel .... always worse be ashamed ....

Good morning, I am writing this email because I believe it is right that the distortion of the system we are witnessing helplessly reaches you. I am the mother of a 4 year old girl and I am a worker in the school world. During the weekend of now 15 days ago, my little girl showed some symptoms that the pediatrician considered appropriate to investigate through the oropharyngeal swab procedure. The ASL called us after a week and the child was subjected to the examination in the hot spot in Via Farinelli on October 2nd. We have been looking forward to the result until today. A little while ago the news given to us by the pediatrician that the result was not received and we will have to repeat the exam. There is no way to obtain the due information from any of the institutional contacts up to and including provided. We keep calling from one office to another without anyone knowing how to give us an answer. We have contacted in order: pediatrician, Covid emergency number, ASL of Via Farinelli and now we are trying with the number provided by via Farinelli, that of the city of Turin. In the meantime, as we parents do not show any symptoms and awaiting the result of the swab, we have used our work permits to assist the child and to protect the health of the community. By law we can work. But in fact we may be asymptomatic without knowing it. We are all fine and this is the important thing for us. But my daughter can't go back to school.
