I had to replace the lock of the apartment I bought, and I called several blacksmiths in the area of ​​Turin .... I had chosen this craftsman, despite the highest estimate of all received. I wanted a cylinder among the best available (and this is not his merit) and to add security to my armored door; also, because I wanted a job done properly. However, I was rather disappointed by the lack of courtesy and unavailability of the owner. For more than three months I was promised with a written message that they would come "to check", but remained in hiding. Simply, not showing up, not even after two written reminders. Finally I had to pay another technician to repair the damage. P.S. Finally, in order not to take responsibility for his work, the aforementioned goes down to insults, replying that I (and not him) would have been "incorrect and unpleasant". Judge for yourself. I just add that my lock was not "problematic" at all and the previous replacement, very common among other things, had nothing to do with the problem, so much so that the handle had always worked very well. "Lioblinda" replaced one cylinder with another - and in doing so he put the handle that had always worked until that day out of use. He gave me 4 keys, rather than three, now he boasts a lot - and I don't say how much he made me pay, so he didn't give me anything at all. Finally, there is no excuse for someone who promises and then he is not speaking!
