Through retailer Leroy Merlin, I order 110 high-quality mosaic pieces for a bathroom wall tile from this company. During the renovations, opening the packages I realize that 100 out of 110 were flawed, the model was identical but practically discolored and visibly worse. A flawed lot so to speak. The dealer who behaved very well, tried in every way to resolve the issue but all that Ston was able to offer, not having immediate availability of new parts, was a 10% discount to the customer .... Discount that obviously I did not accept, I made the return and Leroy Merlin returned the money, understanding the serious inconvenience it caused me. The fact is that anyway, with a broken bathroom and in full lockdown, not having 10 days to reorder new pieces, I had to go from Abruzzo in Emilia Romagna to a dealer who had the same tile, since the whole bathroom had been done on that theme. For me, the mistake could be sending a cover of a different code, or a color, but not a faulty lot for the price of the original cover of 15 euros per piece. You don't behave like this and when you make a mistake you recover, you don't offer a meager 10% discount to the customer. The construction works remain for decades, the discomfort that is created in these situations is enormous.
