Not a positive experience. Nice hotel in an excellent position to visit Siena and its surroundings. Very nice and professional staff. Unfortunately we had a negative stay because despite the presence of wifi in the rooms we stayed 3 days without internet connection. The problem certainly depended on Tim but the Hotel did not report the failure for the entire weekend and on Monday we were informed that a technician was working on the line only to discover in the evening that the technician would only intervene on Wednesday. The wifi request for us was not a whim but an urgent need to work. Another negative note was the buffet breakfast where more than one person was served without wearing a mask and therefore without respecting any anti-covid rules. Nice room overlooking the pool. Unfortunately bad soundproofing ... on Sunday morning we were woken at 7 by the dogs in the next room who barked for 40 minutes (obviously the uneducated customers are not the fault of the hotel). Good but not great cleaning (dust in the closets and some cobwebs). Too bad because very nice location and very kind staff.
