Being a lover of fish products, I always look for products suitable for my tastes. And in fact in this research I came across the Testa Family Fish Farm, which is based in Catania. The history of this company dates back to the early 1800s, and since then the quality of its products have been the pride of Sicily's culinary culture.

I was curious about this new company but then I discovered that it is not new .. They have centuries of experience in fishing and in dealing with THEIR raw material. Yeah, theirs. Because the product they sell is the fish caught by them with their fishing boats. Enthusiastic about flavors, excellent for cooking or eating them like this, but also ideal for giving to friends and relatives. A nice discovery!
