I met the Serena Birth Center because a friend recommended me the course I prepared because it is very different from the others available in Sassari and thanks to the postural exercises the sciatica has passed! Afterwards I also attended the movement course with a baby which, besides being useful for the body, was also good for the mind .... Now that I am back at work I can no longer attend so much, but I try not to miss meetings on Monday. other mothers

A magical place in the city center where you can find understanding, help, friendship and solidarity to better face the two most important moments of life: pregnancy and motherhood 😊. I met fantastic people with whom I continue to have a wonderful friendship, but first of all Filomena! His empathy and his great preparation accompanied the last stages of my pregnancy and followed my life as a novice mother "off-site" giving me great courage and helping me to solve the big and small problems related to breastfeeding and post -parto. For health problems I would have had to breastfeed only three months, having to start a drug therapy apparently incompatible with breastfeeding; thanks to the experience of Filomena and its contacts with competent doctors, we discovered that breastfeeding could continue at the same time as the therapy (which I faced with much more serenity). Moral of the story? I nursed my baby up to 16 months, interrupting when and how she wanted it !!

One of the most beautiful experiences you can do during pregnancy is to participate in the course with Filomena ... A wonderful person with a lot of experience and a thousand tips on breastfeeding .. A great support in the post-partum ... I would do it again a thousand times
