I ate traditional biscuits, San Gaudenzio cake, brownie and other types of biscuits. All very good, light, with a genuine flavor. I gave away personalized tin boxes with the different specialties inside and they were all very happy.

Historical shop of Novara. The origins date back to the dawn of time, the brand of Novara. Novara biscuits are a banner of the city. The Novara biscuits I grew up with, even the "rotti" sacks. Those with granulated sugar and chocolate are delicious and unique. There is a point. The famous Novara biscuits can also be found in shops and some supermarkets. In my opinion, this last detail has helped to diminish the unique and original character of the "craftsmanship" of the product, making it assume the character of mass production, in the historic store I have the impression of entering a department store of sweets of all kinds, and perhaps the original is the historic and beautiful sign that recalls the Novara of the past and that will never return.
