Cappella di Badolo

Taking a small break from everyday life for me is to take a handful of friends and / or relatives and get away from the city. This afternoon was born just like that: "we are going to have a snack in the mountains!" (On the use of the word -montagna- it may have something to contest but, much more living in low, there will a reason!) Prepare some food, consider the potential of the people who will be with you and decide: place near where there is an easily accessible destination and where you can have a snack in peace to relax a bit! Why not go to Badolo (destination of several climbers in the area!) And why not then follow a road that leads to the chapel? From the Church of Badolo is slightly down on the road and take the path leading to the chapel in about 15 minutes. The stretch is uphill but presents stepped easily usable by young and old alike. The width of the path is inclined to families with children even if the lines close to the precipice are unprotected so care should be taken! Once at the top the clearing of the chapel is of considerable size and interposes itself to the section of climbing walls in which, with the proper equipment, it is possible to make even the smallest children climb. The chapel is modern and unfortunately does not let almost nothing the Interior (in the absence of the key that opens the same structure). In the afternoon, the space is already quite in the shade starting at 16 and then you can kick back and enjoy some 'of nature. Equipped for dinner with torches and grill would be possible to exploit the non-grassy ground under the cliff to cook something and end the evening in the company. In our case, the snack is over and after a while 'of outdoor games we have returned to daily life with a little' of power! To be repeated, of course!
