Mr. Marzari is a skilled and friendly communicator who knows the Monte San Pietro real estate market well. Unfortunately as a buyer I was not satisfied with the service received. I would have liked to know some information (without optimism) before the deed, and I would have liked to be accompanied until the deed in front of the notary. The real estate brokerage service that I consider necessary today requires a change of "geological era".

Very bad experience, I found myself buying a flat in Bologna through this agency, Unfortunately, not everything went as I thought! My practice has been handled one-way, thanks to the fact that the seller was a friend of the owner of the agency that was declared such only on the day of the deed!
