Given that from when I crossed the threshold of the hospital to when I left it I met friendly staff, I found the Integrated Hospital Psychiatric Service (SPOI) excellent. Doctors and nurses, always present, were courteous and helpful and did their best to create a comfortable environment in spite of the difficulties encountered in respecting the anticovid regulations. Dr. Simonato has shown that he also cares about my father's state of health and has followed him in his delicate path, coordinating punctually with the colleague who follows him outside the hospital. A sincere thanks from the whole family.

They tied me to the bed repeatedly They sedated and abandoned me, I didn't know anymore distinguish day from night. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, GET A PRIVATE INSURANCE. I had to sign to leave even if I had to insist. They didn't want me to leave. I'M TERRIFIED. Even now I am having nightmares from this terrifying experience, and if I had had any money, I would have reported it.

The surgery of this hospital is to be ashamed of nurses who are rude to elderly people and have no sense of humanity towards them! Unfortunately I do not have names and surnames because in this period we were not even allowed to ask questions?

If I could I would put 0 stars! I was in the hospital and since I didn't know where I had to go, I turned to the first person I met, a dark complexion woman, I didn't see the name because she didn't have a tag. I said: "Good morning," I would like to know where ... 'but I was interrupted by the lady in question who arrogantly and aggressively, in a loud voice replied that she was a doctor and that the information is given by the nurses! for the professionalism dear doctor! But who do you think you are ?! A big guy with a degree .. it is true that everyone graduates today .. What a pity

If I could give 0 stars elderly person left alone in the emergency room ..... super rude and disrespectful doctor promise to call relatives who at this moment of covid cannot wait there and then they don't care ..... another negative thing to the acceptance of the analysis laboratory a grumpy and rude girl ..... as far as I'm concerned bad experience .... there will also be kind and respectful ones but today I haven't seen any ....
