The QR code reader at the entrance is placed too low, in addition to functioning in fits and starts. The operator at the entrance remained on the phone with a customer for over 20 minutes making me wait without even deigning to say hello or telling me he would assist me: after that time I went out because I had a train to catch. What is the point of having a "premium" service if I cannot use it? Next time I will queue at the normal ticket office

Very clean lounge, ideal environment to work on the computer while waiting for your train. Staff very helpful.

If you are not an freccia silver or gold you cannot access ... I have an arrow card, I often use your services, being in transit (my train left in three hours) I just wanted to come in and sit down. I was told only silver and gold arrow .., it is not fair given the price of the ticket.

What to say?? Convenient, with air conditioning, snack drinks available. You must have a silver, gold or platinum card to enter it, or you can simply have a 1 or 2 class red arrow ticket. Great place to wait for the train, and also the possibility of reading newspapers made available by them.
