Had an incredible stay. The room was huge, the staff was extremely polite. The breakfast was good, not the best but I am not a huge breakfast person. Stayed for 3 nights last summer and had the most amazing trip. I will be back.

TLDR: This is a 3* with a 2* feel. Way to expensive for what it offers. Stay somewhere else if you can. The good - Bella Vista is well located: 3 min from Anacapri centre. Easy access for bus/taxi. - Common areas have an art-deco feel with great attention to style. - Breakfast is good (fresh pastry, savoury option etc) No extra for room service. The so-so - The first room was OK. We requested to change (room 6 is a shoebox) to the room next door which was 40% larger. - Staff is largely friendly and will help you with recommendations. I did try to call a few times while we were at sea and no one picked up. The Bad - The amenities of the hotel are at 2* star level. Bathrooms are in need of a facelift. - The outside of the hotel is worn and the surrounding area ugly to look at. I booked a sea view and got a view on concrete and a sports center. - There is NO POOL. Instead, you go to the hotel next door pool where you need to pay 9€ (really?). There is free access to another pool thats 15 minutes by bus (it's in Capri City) - not an option if you want to chill for breakfast or after a day out. - The Dining Room has a 90's East German feel. Yes there is a balcony terrace but you're not really having a great time. You can get breakfast in your room for free if you'd like.

Great views. Mediocre breakfast. Overall a very good stay. The staff there was also very friendly....
