For the very first time ever we left a restaurant without even touching our meal. We ordered a “pasta carbonara”. It looked and smelled hideous. Just look at the colour! The pasta itself wasn’t even cooked properly. Tourist trap.

I couldn’t believe when they gave me these disgusting stuff. How can you give used ketchup to customers? Please use common sense and invest budget on improving the poor service quality. By far it was the worst restaurants ever in Italy.

Stay away from it. Incredibly high prices. The staff was also really rude and unfriendly.

I wish I could give them no rating, service was awful. The foods are not fresh even then the cost is 4-5 times higher than the original price. Lastly we were asked to pay even more as we seated outside to eat 😳😳. Never recommended.
