I purchased a very special and unique ring there while on vacation a year ago. My experience was as wonderful as my purchase. The owners were warm, friendly, helpful, and professional. They even helped me try to find my friend's phone. She had misplaced it while shopping, and they tried calling to see if someone would answer and tell them in Italian where the phone was.
I love my ring so much that I want another one. I've reveived many compliments on the ring. I lost the receipt, but I remember where they're located on the island. I'm so glad I found them through this internet search. I wish they weren't so far away. It's a great excuse for another vacation.
With all the many jewelery shops in Capri it's really hard to decide for one. But here at CAPRESE I feel in the best hands.
The owner couple is highly professional and of exquisite friendliness.
One shows gladly and patiently all the treasures, advises competently and responds to every wish. Never be forced to buy. And when it comes to customer service and goodwill, the Caprese is second to none.
